Inside Kylie Jenner's Elegant, Giraffe-Themed Baby Shower

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is all set to welcome yet another addition to their ever-growing family. Kylie Jenner, the 24-year-old beauty mogul who is also the youngest of all sisters—and brothers—is pregnant with her second child, with boyfriend Travis Scott. On Friday, the expectant mother gave us a glimpse into her intimate and minimalist baby shower, brimming with designer goods, art and crafts and well, giraffes!

For the close-knit get-together, the American personality donned a seemingly simple, white long-sleeved body-con dress, paired with dazzling diamond jewellery and french-manicured nails. Reportedly, TMZ’s "sources with direct knowledge," say that Kylie’s sister, Khloé Kardashian, threw the shower at her brand new home. As you enter, you're welcomed by gigantic wooden giraffe sculptures sitting in a bed of pristine white flowers and foliage, with white flower petals sprinkled in the pool as well.

In one image of the series, we could spot Tiffany and Co. and Christian Dior baby shower favours (do you recall Kylie's baby shower for Stormi? Fendi galore).

As you step inside, the guests were transported to an enchanted forest-like setup featuring lush trees, wooden upholstery, white tableware with a white rose and a mini wooden giraffe figurine place card, and personalised throws loosely placed on the chairs (it seems the baby-daddy made it to the event as well; see the picture!). Tall candles and foliage made for an understated, elegant table centrepiece. Bizzy, Travis Scott's manager, was seated next to him on the table. The rapper's mother, Wanda, was also invited to the event. (Refer to the below image).

Sources suggest that the baby shower was "low-key" and mostly attended by Kylie’s family, "including her nieces and nephews", as well as a few close friends. In a sneak peek picture, we could identify Kris Jenner, who was proudly sporting Kim Kardashian's SKIMS x Fendi collab, and her mother, Mary Jo Campbell—famously referred to as MJ by the family—present at the intimate event. In another picture, Kris' hand is caressing Kylie's belly, along with the hand of Corey Gamble, we reckon.

As part of the baby shower games and activities, the attendees engaged in some arts and crafts, including circle embroidery. Sister Kendall Jenner got the opportunity to participate in the activity, creating a needlepoint for the baby that read: "I love u – Kenny."

Mini candles in round glass-holders were suspended from the trees as well. To maintain full privacy—and keep away from the paparazzi—it seems Khloé Kardashian went the extra mile and put up an enclosed tent.

While she announced her second pregnancy on Instagram back in September, Travis and Kylie have been almost entirely out of the public eye since the Astroworld Festival tragedy. Amid breakup rumours, sister Khloé Kardashian quelled speculations by informing fans that the two "are very much a couple." Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott had their first baby together, Stormi Webster, on 1st February 2018.
