Lindsay Lohan is Married! Here is a Brief Timeline of Her Relationship With Her Husband, Bader Shammas

The warm, gooey feeling you get when you know you’ve found ‘your person’ is beyond words. It’s the feeling Lindsay Lohan is basking in right now! In an intimate ceremony just hours before her 36th birthday, the Freaky Friday star tied the know boyfriend of three years,  Kuwait-born financier Bader Shammas. 

Lindsay let the cat out of the bag with a not-so-subtle Instagram post that showed the couple wearing 100-watt smiles. In the caption, Lindsay called herself ‘the luckiest woman in the world’ and said she was stunned to call Bader her husband. The caption read, “?❤️?I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. ❤️every woman should feel like this everyday ??.”  

 

ICYMI here is a brief timeline of Lindsay and Bader’s relationship: 

The couple was first linked in 2019 when Lindsay told Howard Stern, “I want to date a guy that’s a businessman — doesn’t have Instagram, doesn’t have social media, and is completely off the grid in terms of that kind of stuff. I think it will happen when it’s meant to happen.” 

She only made her relationship with Bader Shammas Instagram official in February 2020. Lindsay shared a photo of her, Bader and a group of their friends with the caption, “Such a magical night.” The photo has since then been deleted. Lindsay and her now-husband sure do love their privacy!

Let’s fast-forward to November 2021 when Lindsay finally debuted her relationship with Bader. In a series of photographs showing off an engagement ring, Lindsay revealed that he had put a ring on it. The adorable Instagram post was captioned, “My love. My life. My family. My future’ 

 

A few days later, in December 2021 Lindsay put up another post with Bader of the two of them enjoying the snow. The caption read, “No1 else I’d rather freeze with ❤️❄️❤️” 

Cut to February 2022, while speaking to Extra Lindsay said that her nuptials would be ‘mellow’ and that she would not turn into a ‘bridezilla’. She said, “I'm more low-key. Even on my birthday, I want to make sure everyone else is good. And then I can be okay. So, I'll be more like that. I'm looking at destinations. I've already started talking to a friend of mine about the dress. But I want to do things right and I want to pace everything.” 

In March 2022, the couple celebrated their engagement. Lindsay posted a picture of them standing before a cake that read, “she said yes”. She captioned the photo, “My forever ❤️” 

 

In May 2022, Lindsay took to Instagram once more to wish Bader a happy birthday and gush all over her soon-to-be husband. Her heart-melting caption read, “My love! You’re not only a great man, an incredible person, you’re my best friend. Thank you for you loving me back babe! I Love You So much! ❤️ Happy Birthday ???❤”   

This finally brings us to July 2022 when Linsday announced that got married to Bader. A source confirmed the news of her wedding to US Weekly. We are hoping to see more pictures from their intimate wedding but until then, we wish the happy couple love and happiness!
