We thank you for all the love you have showered upon us over the years and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey of love, loyalty, friendship and togetherness."
22_0.jpgOn November 2nd 2018, the couple kicked off their wedding festivities with a traditional Nandi Puja at Deepika's Bangalore residence. A ceremony performed to bless the couple with a life of abundance, good health, and longevity, Deepika kept it simple in an orange suit and chandbalis by Sabyasachi.

The couple wore Sabyasachi ensembles, where Deepika paired her pastel pink outfit with a rani pink shawl, layered necklaces, and a subtle makeup look. The floral embroidery and delicate lace was all things elegant! And need we say that no one could've pulled off a floral-printed angrakha like Ranveer Singh? They both complimented one another perfectly.

As a part of the Sindhi-Punjabi wedding, the couple had an Anand Karaj ceremony in a make-shift Gurudwara at Lake Como, Italy. Deepika opted for a red wedding lehenga by designer Sabyasachi. The most spectacular element of the ensemble was undoubtedly the veil which had incantation ‘Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava’ (which roughly means ‘may you always stay married’) embroidered on the border. Her jewellery comprised of a maang tikka, nose ring, multiple rings, and the traditional chooda and wedding kaliras.
