Hritik
Known to be a fitness enthusiast, Hritik Roshan has always sported a chiselled, bulky look. However, during the shooting of 'Super 30', he let himself go. However, within the span of two months, the actor had to get his washerboard abs back for his role in 'War', alongside Tiger Shroff. "After Super 30, the fat content of my body was too much. My body had become lazy and I was given only two months to get in shape and it wasn’t enough. I started this film on a bit of a back foot because my body was not ready," revealed the actor in an interview.

Sara Ali
Before entering the industry, Sara Ali Khan was an overweight girl—96 kgs to be precise—dealing with PCOD that further triggered weight gain. Although, she wasn't ready to let her weight come in the way of her dreams. Before making her debut with 'Kedarnath', she decided to shed the extra calories and tone up. "For me, it all started in New York. I weighed 96 kg and had a year to go before I graduated. The transition from pizza to salad and from lethargy to cardio is how I kickstarted my fitness journey. I simply started eating healthy and began working out when in New York," revealed the actor in an interview.

Did you know that Kriti Sanon put on 15 kgs for her recent film 'Mimi'? The actor took to Instagram to share a compilation of her workouts, and wrote, "While putting on 15 kgs for Mimi was a challenge, losing those kilos wasn’t easy for Chubby Sanon either! And.. I had kept 'param sundari' (the song) for later, so I have the motivation to get back in shape! Having put on so much weight for the first time ever and not working out for 3 months (not even yoga!), my stamina, strength, and flexibility had gone down to zero! In fact, I had to slowly get back to mobility with my joints clicking constantly."
