Many experts are of the opinion that mornings are the best time to exercise. One major reason being you get done with it right at the start of the day so the chances of you skipping it later as the day progresses are less. Also, morning workouts jumpstart your metabolism and help effectively burn fat. 

5. Challenge yourself 

Your body gets used to a certain level of exercise, so you need to keep pushing your boundaries. Set smaller fitness goals for yourself and as and when you reach celebrate the milestones. This way you stay motivated and on trail.
