Here's What Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Named Their Newborn

While Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan welcomed their second baby on 21st February 2021, they chose to keep the baby's identity a secret. Informing their fans about the safe delivery and the health of the mother and baby, Saif said in an official statement, "We have been blessed with a baby boy. Mom and baby are safe and healthy. Thank you to our well-wishers for their love and support."

The second-time mom, however, often takes to Instagram to share glimpses of the newborn, making sure that she conceals his face. For instance, around 12 weeks ago she posted a photograph of Saif and Taimur with the baby, and wrote, "This is what my weekend looks like... how about you guys?"

But the cat is finally out of the bag! In a recent interview, father Randhir Kapoor confirmed that the couple has named their newborn baby 'Jeh'. "We finalised it about a week ago," he told ETimes. Wondering what the name means? Well, 'Jeh' means blue crested bird in Latin. Although, in Parsi, the meaning of the name is 'to come, to bring'. While there has been no confirmation or official statement released by the couple yet, reports suggest that the name for official documentation is yet to be finalised.

It was on Women's Day this year that Kareena Kapoor Khan shared the first glimpse of her baby. She captioned her post saying, "There’s nothing women can’t do."
