According to a statement given by facial reading expert Jean Haner to Cosmopolitan.com in an interview, brows are signifiers of your self-confidence, assertiveness, logic, organisational abilities, motivation, and how you make decisions. Shorter eyebrows

Shorter eyebrows, according to Jean "are typically a sign of someone who doesn't deal with stress very well.” She further adds "these people usually don't like having to deal with their friend's dramas as well.”

Long eyebrows

The ones with long eyebrows, "tend to deal better with stress and typically have a lot of friends that they don't mind listening to and helping out with their problems," says Jean. She also categorises them as good workers who can take on big jobs and be competitive. 

Naturally full brows

"Thick eyebrows signify someone who loves to be active," says Jean. "They're naturally confident, they have a good head on their shoulders, and they can figure things out quickly. Sometimes they can get frustrated easily though if others are holding them back from what they want to do, because they are really good at getting things done.”

Jean emphasises that people with naturally thin or sparse eyebrows, tend to doubt themselves, are unsure, and believe what other people tell them. "They tend to be more cautious, so they live life a little more carefully,” she adds.

Those who have naturally high arches are the sensitive ones, who tend to hold back and aren’t approachable. They are often perceived as conceited, but the fact is that they take more time to warm up to others.

Straight eyebrows with little or no arches
