Priyanka Chopra Just Dropped a New Song and People Don't Seem Too Happy With it

With the recent release of Baywatch, and two more big Hollywood movies under her belt, we didn't think Priyanka Chopra had any spare time, not even a breather, let alone put in effort and time to release a new single!

We always knew Priyanka was super-talented, but to fit in a whole new track between her hectic schedule? Now that's something.

And to make it even more special, she collaborated with Tomorrowland's favourite DJ, Will Sparks. And we though will.i.am and Pitbull were a tough act to follow...

The Aussie DJ and Priyanka put their heads and acts together to give us "something new, and something different."

Priyanka, in a recent interview with Billboard said, "These lyrics were born from a need for freedom, whatever that freedom may mean to each one of us. Being young and free is a state of mind that we all need to find in this crazy world to survive. What I love most about this track is the spontaneity from which it was born. While I was writing, Will was mixing the track into a roar of emotions and rebelliousness. It all came together in a true creative way. Will has taken the lyrics and given them life. This song reminded me of how much I love making music."

Will was all praises for the Quantico actor. He was quoted saying, "Collaborating with Priyanka has taken it to a whole new level. Her message and incredible voice combined with my production style has created something unique."

Obviously, Priyanka was super-excited and took to social media days before to promote her song, Young and Free.

However, fans weren't all that pleased with the song claiming that it was wayyy too auto-tuned. But some agreed to disagree and filled her Instagram with love and praises.
