​Anyone who's ever seen an episode of America's Next Top Model knows that being a model is hard work.  And as further proof, two anonymous models — who go by H and S — have set up the Shit Model Management Instagram account to show us what the reality of the #modellife is really like, from the cramped changing rooms, to the unrealistic expectations from agencies, to the stressful waiting periods between paychecks. 

"In the modeling industry, you experience rejection on a daily basis....There is extreme pressure to be thin, beautiful and interesting at all times," H told Fashionista.com. "It's hard for models to speak up about the uncomfortable parts of the job because we don't want to disappoint our agents, and because we are so disposable to clients...This account is a place where models can laugh about the absurd parts of the industry, and it also shows agents and clients how we really feel."
