If you haven’t already made your Valentine’s Day reservations or if you plan to stay in, you might want to celebrate the day of love with a nice drunch, sipping some simple drinks with great food. Three chefs tell us how anyone with few minutes and a brain could make these easy drinks for their significant other.
1) The White Valentino
By: Manpreet Singh, Bar Manager, Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon Baani Square
Ingredients:
● 50 gm Light Roast Cashews
● 60 ml Vodka
● 50 gm Vanilla Ice Cream
● 3 drops Rose Water
● 3 drops Keora Water
● 3 Drops Eose
Method:
Light roast cashews (50gm) and soak in 60 ml vodka, add 3 drops of rose water, keora, eose
Grind well and blend it with 50 gm vanilla ice cream and double strain.
2) Amor
By: Rohit Kanduri, Bar Executive, Farzi Café, Aerocity, Delhi
Ingredients:
· Red Wine 90 ML
· Vodka 30 ML
· Vanilla Syrup 10 ML
· Basil Syrup 10 ML
Method:
1. Take a glass add Red wine, Vodka, Vanilla Syrup, Basil Syrup and some ice
2. Stir it together and Pour it in wine glass.
3) Old Fashioned Lady

Ingredients:
● Whiskey 60 ML,
● 3-4 Drops of Angostura Bitter
● Brown Sugar 1/2 tps
● Tijouri Garam Masala 2gm
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients with ice
2. Shake it well
3. Serve in old fashion glass
