Easy, Healthy Smoothies to Kickstart Your Day

These blends taste like delicious desserts but come packed with nutrients

Healthy smoothies are great for our body but they are not everyone’s cup of tea. Here are two recipes that you can make in under 10 minutes and they are a treat for your taste buds and your body. Read on and enjoy!

Papaya and Cranberry Smoothie

Smoothie

Ingredients:

Honey 30ml
Papaya – 100gm
Curd 200ml
Cranberry – 8 to 10 pieces

How to Prepare:

Add the chopped fruits in a blender jar. Add 200 ml curd and 30 ml honey. Blend till smooth. While blending, you can add some ice cubes if you want. Pour the smoothie in tall glass. Serve the smoothie with garnish of few chopped cranberries.

Banana and Black Current Smoothie

Smoothie

Ingredients:

Curd 200ml
Black currant – 8 to 10 pieces
Honey 30ml
Banana – 1 pc
 

How to Prepare:
Add the chopped fruits in a blender jar. Add 200 ml curd and 30 ml honey. Blend till smooth. While blending, you can add some ice cubes if you want. Pour the smoothie in tall glass. Serve the smoothie with garnish of a few chopped black currants.
