Ingredients
50gms ground coffee
200 ml milk
2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
A bit of finely chopped ginger
Some grated chocolate for garnishing
Method
Brew coffee with ginger and aromatic cardamom powder in one litre of water. In another pan, heat milk and sugar and pour in the hot coffee in it. Spoon over the coffee, until frothy. Add in some grated chocolate and you are good to go!

2 tablespoons ground coffee
I/4 cup oats
2 cups of cold milk
1 tablespoon honey
A pinch of salt

Method
Firstly, rinse oats with a lot of water and drain them completely. Then, pour 1 cup of lukewarm water and a pinch of salt. Allow it to soak overnight for at least 8 hours. The next morning, drain the liquid and rinse the oats in cold water.
Now, mix all ingredients - ground coffee, oats, milk, and honey - in a blender until smooth (except cinnamon and nuts). Pour it in a glass, and drizzle some more honey on top. To make the shake more delicious, top it with some chopped nuts and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon, and enjoy!
