How to Make the Easiest Pancake Ever in Under 15 Minutes 

A readymade pancake mix seems like the easiest option on busy days. But here’s a super easy recipe that you can try at home in under 15 minutes. It’s healthier and yummier. Also, you can make it with ingredients lying at home, you don’t need to order anything online or step out for grocery shopping. This pancake doesn’t even require eggs. If you are wondering how to make it fluffy without eggs, the the trick is to increase the baking powder by 1/2 teaspoon and add some extra milk to get a nice thick consistency.
Another trick that chefs recommend to make your pancakes melt-in-mouth soft is to whisk the dry and wet ingredients separately and then mix it together. Make sure there are no lumps in the batter.
This classic pancake (recipe given below) goes with everything. You can add your favourite berries, mashed bananas, chopped nuts or orange zest to the batter to make it as per your taste.

Quick Eggless Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose Flour

1 cup milk

1 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp melted butter

Method

Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Whisk it. 

In another bowl mix milk, melted butter and vanilla extract and mix them well.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mix.

Heat the pan for a minute.

Lower the flame, sear some butter and pour a ladle full of batter.

Do not spread and let it cook on low flame. 

You will see holes forming and colour changing.

Carefully flip it to the other side and let it cook for another 30 seconds.

Top it with some maple syrup and your favorite berries.

Serve warm.
