Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are now man and wife—for the third time around—after tying the knot in Portofino, Italy, last weekend. The couple, who announced their engagement back in October last year, wed in an intimate, impromptu, albeit non-legal Las Vegas ceremony on Tuesday, 5th April. Then, a week ago, they took the legal plunge in Santa Barbara in the company of their close friends and family.
For the Italian nuptials that took place at Villa Olivetta, a home on the idyllic estate of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, the bride-to-be donned a Dolce and Gabbana Alta Moda lace and satin corset mini dress inspired by 1960s Italian lingerie. A sweeping veil that featured hand-embroidered flowers from the Mediterranean Gardens and a depiction of the Virgin Mary accompanied her one-of-a-kind attire, paired with tulle gloves and lace pumps. By her side, Travis Barker looked dapper in a custom black double-breasted suit by the same designers.
The pre-wedding celebrations kicked off on Friday with a welcome dinner at Ristorante Puny, followed by a Saturday afternoon boat trip. Let’s move on to the guest list—the lavish affair saw the likes of Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Devin Booker, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, as well as the Kardashian grandchildren and Barker kids. All of Kourt’s sisters wore vintage designs from Dolce and Gabbana’s archives.
Sisters Kim and Khloé styled vintage Dolce and Gabbana their own way; Keeks—an avid fan of athleisure—sported a strappy bra top and leggings by the label, while Koko threw on a leopard-print dress with a built-in corset. The Jenners, too, slayed on the days; Kylie opted for an LBD with racing-stripe boots and later changed into a satin floral-print dress. Kendall, on the other hand, wore a floral-print co-ord set in the day and slipped into a strapless black gown with a tulle skirt by night.
The 43-year-old gothic bride was first spotted in a black mini dress with imagery of the Virgin Mary on the bodice, that she paired with a sheer veil. Later in the evening, she slipped into a red floor-length sheer gown from the label’s spring 1998 collection.
On the big day, Kim Kardashian wore a high neck black gown with lace detailing, while Khloé opted for an off-shoulder number with ruffle elements. Both the Jenner sisters wore floral-print Dolce and Gabbana dresses on the day, and mama Jenner donned a dusty pink ensemble featuring feathers galore.
A couple of weeks prior, Kourtney and Travis attended a final fitting at the Dolce & Gabbana atelier in Milan.
