Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Welcome Their First Child, a Boy

Congratulations are in order for Barbadian singer Rihanna and her rapper baby-daddy A$AP Rocky, who have welcomed their first child together—multiple sources claim.

The artists announced their pregnancy back in January on the streets of Harlem in New York City, with Riri stylishly flaunting her bump in a $29,000 quilted Chanel puffer coat designed by Karl Lagerfeld. The singer-duo began dating in November 2020; speaking on fatherhood, A$AP Rocky said, "I think I'd be an incredible, remarkable, overall amazing dad. I would have a very fly child. Very." Talking about the "love of his life", he added, "She amounts to probably, like, a million of the other ones. I think when you know, you know. She's the one."

Ever since the big news was out, Rihanna has been serving ace maternity looks, one after the other, dispelling all regressive notions of mom-to-be fashion; from a latex crop top to a metallic fringe number, the celebrity exceeded all limitations when it comes to maternity style—giving us a masterclass in dressing the glorious bump. As per hospital records, the singer delivered her baby boy in Los Angeles on Friday, the 13th of May.
