What is the best way to apply concealer?

The best way to apply concealer is to apply the foundation first and only apply the concealer where required i.e. areas that have scars, acne marks or discolouration. You should put dots of foundation on the the area and blend it with a brush or beauty blender using the stippling method. You can also use your fingers to blend the concealer.
