So This is What Kim Kardashian Eats in a Day

Your prayers have finally been answered. Kim Kardashian has revealed her food diary and to no one's surprise, it's a joy to read. In the latest issue of People, Kim details what she eats over three days as she continues to kick major ass in her Atkins 40 diet, which she's been on since giving birth to baby Saint late last year. She tells People, "Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes, and it's hard to get your body back in shape… it takes so much determination, and mental and physical power and energy."

In the three days she documented for People, Kim consumed an average of 48 to 64 ounces of liquids per day. She also never went beyond 1,699 calories (which means nothing to me but I guess in the Atkins world, that's a good range if you're aiming for 1,800 to 2,200 calories per day). She had chicken every day, along with specific measurements of things like blueberries, hummus, cheddar cheese, and melon. Here's one of those entries:

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and smoked Gouda and 4 oz. Green yogurt with 1/3 cup fresh blueberriesSnack: Atkins Harvest Trail Dark Chocolate Cherry and Nuts BarLunch: Grilled lime chicken over spinach salad with feta-ranch dressingSnack: 1 medium carrot and 4 tbsp. hummusDinner: Lemon thyme halibut with sautéed green beansTotal calories: 1,504
