Um, Wow: Kim Kardashian Had to Take Literal Breathing Lessons to Wear Her Met Gala Corset

That's...a lot.

  • Kim Kardashian's waist looked crazy small at the Met Gala on Monday night, to the point where fans even started speculating that she had ribs removed to fit into her dress.
  • It looks like Kim didn't have surgery (lol), but she did have to take lessons on how to breathe while in a corset!

It's been five days since the red carpet extravaganza that is the Met Gala, but if you're anything like me, you still haven't been able to forget how friggin' tiny Kim Kardashian's waist looked on Monday night. It was seriously minuscule!

Of course, the rest of the internet was also very 🧐 about Kim's corset/extremely cinched waist situation, and fans started speculating that Kim literally had ribs removed to fit into her Mugler dress.

Kim's personal trainer vehemently clapped back against people saying that Kim had surgery for her Met Gala look, saying, "Kim trains her ass off 6 days a f*cking week, she wakes up early AF and is dedicated." But besides the training, in a behind the scenes video of Kim's final dress fitting, it's revealed that it took a team of three grown men to get her into the custom-made corset designed by famed corset maker Mr. Pearl. And yeah, she still looks visibly uncomfortable!

And in addition to the six days a week of working out, the lace-up corset, and the team of people squeezing Kim into the look, Kim just shared that she also had to take literal breathing lessons to make the whole tiny waist thing possible. Breathing lessons, people! In an Insta that Kim posted yesterday about her Met Gala outfit she shared, "7 months in the making and fittings in Montreal, Paris and LA. Corset breathing lessons from none other than Mr. Pearl. It was worth it all!!!"

And if that's not dedication to a look, then truly, I don't know what is.
