Everything You Need to Know About 'Gulita', Isha Ambani Piramal's 450 Crore House

Enough talk about 'Antilia', Mukesh Ambani's billion dollar home in Mumbai that's spread across 400,000 sq. ft and spells luxury beyond comprehension. Let's move on to the Piramal mansion that houses Anand Piramal and the sole Ambani daughter—Isha Ambani Piramal, who tied the knot with Anand, son of billionaire businessman Ajaj Piramal of Piramal Enterprises, on 12th December 2018.

While it may be tough (read impossible) to compete with 'Antilia', the world's most expensive house that exudes magnificence and splendour in abundance, 'Gulita', the Piramal residence is certainly in the running to becoming one of the world's most plush properties. Designed by a London-based engineering firm, Eckersley OCallaghan, the lavish bungalow costs approximately 450 crores and overlooks the Arabian Sea, perfectly perched in Worli, Mumbai.

The house is spread across 50,000 square-feet and holds three basements, multiple dining rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as a huge hall. The ground floor features an exquisite entrance lobby leading to a dining hall, a master bedroom, and more. The diamond-themed bungalow also has a diamond room and a temple room. It is believed that the structure was bought from Hindustan Unilever by the Piramals in 2012, by paying a handsome sum of 450 crore.

In April 2019, Isha Ambani hosted a party in her new abode, with celebrities including Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Parineeti Chopra, Tamanna Dutt etc, in attendance.
