One of Bollywood's most adored couples, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput, have been holidaying in the Maldives with their two kids, Misha and Zain. Over the last week or so, the two have taken to social media to share glimpses of their serene, rejuvenating getaway. Just a few hours ago, the Kabir Singh actor summed up his experience by sharing a heartwarming picture on Instagram.

 

 

Shahid wrote, "THIS is a holiday. Nothing but those you love, around. And nature. No phone, no nothing. And you finally remember what really matters. You need nothing to be happy. Literally, NOTHING is what you need, to be happy…. Mira Kapoor thanks for this amazing memory." He also gave us a glimpse of his lavish villa and served some dapper looks in a sun-kissed selfie. 

 

 

 

 

While Shahid Kapoor hasn't given away much, his wife Mira has been posting glimpses of their beachy trip on her Instagram handle. She also shared a video of herself practising Yoga on the sandy Maldivian beach, alongside clear, pristine waters. "This was a Surya Namaskar series I did just after sunrise, and I felt so energised. We hear about saluting the Sun, but this time I felt the energy. Bare feet, grounded in the sand and the sound of the waves," she wrote. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next be seen in Jersey, set to release on 31st December 2021. He will also be making his digital debut with a thriller drama series on Amazon Prime Video, directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK of The Family Man fame.
