Inside Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa's All-White Engagement Party

Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa Paul—who worked opposite each other in City Lights (2014)—are all set to tie the knot in an intimate ceremony after having been in a relationship for nearly 10 years. Reportedly, the couple will be hosting their wedding at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort in Chandigarh today evening. As we await the wedding pictures with bated breath, the festivities have already begun for the Paul's and Rao's. 

On 13th November, the couple hosted an all-white engagement party in the presence of close friends and family. Actors Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem, and director Farah Khan were also spotted at the event. Soon enough, the internet was flooded with heartwarming pictures and videos from the function, melting a million hearts. In videos from the affair, you could see Rajkummar and Patralekhaa exchange rings and dance to Ed Sheeran's Perfect.

For the soirée, Patralekhaa donned a white and silver off-shoulder gown with a thigh slit, and Rajkummar complemented her in a white kurta-churidar set. The bride-to-be accessorised her look with a diamond necklace, stud earrings, and bangles and pulled her hair up in a bun. Rajkummar threw on a pair of squeaky clean white sneakers to bring his look together.

The couple's minimalist wedding invitation features hues of green and gold, with pink lotus flowers. Apart from Huma Qureshi, Farah Khan, and Saqib Saleem, Aditi Rao Hydari and a few other industry members are also expected to attend the nuptials. 

 

 

On the work front, Rajkummar Rao will next be seen in the Badhaai Ho (2018) sequel, Badhaai Do and Monica, O My Darling. Apart from City Lights, Patralekhaa has starred in films including Love Games (2016), Badnaam Gali (2019) and Nanu Ki Jaanu (2018), to name a few.
