1. Mix it up

Any fitness enthusiast will agree that doing the same set of exercises daily can get boring. So the trick is to add as much variety as you can. If you don’t want to do cardio, try Pilates, or put on your swimsuit and hit the pool or focus on strength training. Switching your focus between cardio and strength training, would help you build stronger muscles and also rev up your metabolism to burn fat faster. 

2. Find a workout buddy



There’s no denying the benefits of working out with a buddy. 3. Sign up for online sessions


In the current scenario, it maybe difficult to go to a gym. However, it can’t be an excuse for not working out. Sign up for an online session with a trainer for an hour every day. But do remember to sign up with an expert, blindly following YouTube videos may cause more harm than good.

4. Be consistent


Even when you are travelling or have had a hectic day at work, try and pack in some form of exercise. It needn’t be strenuous, you can try some stretching, yoga or brisk walking wherever you are.
