Here's All You Need to Know About Sonam Kapoor's Hubby-to-be, Anand Ahuja

While your feed is flooded with the biggest breaking news—Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja getting hitched—you're probably aware of their courtship unless you lived under a rock! They both were pretty vocal about their #EverydayPhenomenal love on the 'gram, and there were rumours everywhere of them tying the knot. Now that that mystery is settled, and the two are getting married on May 8th, we decided to delve in and find out more about this Delhi boy who had our fashion queen swooning, head over heels in love with him!

1. Hailing from an illustrious Delhi-based business fam, Anand Ahuja studied at the American Embassy School and graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Relations from the University Of Pennsylvania. But he dropped out of Wharton where he was pursuing his MBA, to spearhead his family business of the country's largest export house called Shahi Exports.

2. Being a keen sneaker-head, he worked with brands like Amazon and Macy's, before launching his own apparel brand, Bhane and India's first multi-brand sneaker boutique VegNonVeg.

3. The entrepreneur loves to relax and chill out through basketball and is also crazy about BMX bikes.

4. The affluent Ahuja family will have their own reception in Delhi after the Mumbai events are done. His grandfather bought a bungalow on Prithviraj Road in 2015, and the 3170 sq yard plot in central Delhi cost Harish Ahuja a whopping Rs 173 crore. Ahuja told a daily that he bought the place because of its 'attractive price and limited availability of houses in the coveted area of the capital'. The bungalow is situated in the area popularly referred to as the Lutyens Bungalow Zone (LBZ).

Sonam and Anand both believe in paper conservation and so they decided to ditch paper invites and opted for e-invites for their wedding celebration instead.
