Zendaya and Tom Holland are supposedly married

Zendaya and Tom Holland may have just pulled off the most on-brand move of their relationship: getting married without anyone realising.

The internet went into overdrive after stylist Law Roach claimed at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1 that the wedding had already taken place. Given the couple’s famously private approach to their romance, the idea of a quiet, under-the-radar ceremony feels less shocking and more… strategic. If true, it would be the ultimate plot twist from two stars who have mastered the art of keeping personal milestones personal.

Speculation about a wedding didn’t emerge out of nowhere. Engagement whispers first began at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards on January 5, when Zendaya was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left hand. The jewellery choice instantly set social media alight, with fans dissecting close-up shots and red carpet footage for confirmation.

By late 2024, reports suggested the couple had gotten engaged over the holidays. Then, in September 2025, Holland appeared to casually confirm the shift in their relationship status during a panel event. When a reporter referenced Zendaya as his “girlfriend,” Holland gently corrected him with a single word: “Fiancée.” The moment, which quickly circulated online. Safe to say, that was definitive.

More recently, photographs of Zendaya in Los Angeles wearing a simple gold band on her ring finger added fuel to the fire. The ring's understated nature only intensified speculation. For a couple known for avoiding the public eye, a minimalist wedding band would align perfectly with their aesthetic, intimate, intentional, and free from unnecessary theatrics.

The most intriguing detail, however, came from Law Roach, Zendaya’s longtime stylist and close collaborator. Speaking on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards, he told a reporter, “The wedding has already happened.” The statement was brief but seismic. Roach has been part of Zendaya’s inner circle for years, making his comment feel less like gossip and more like a reveal.

The couple’s story dates back to 2016, when they were cast opposite each other in Spider-Man: Homecoming. At the time, both maintained that their bond was strictly platonic, despite persistent dating rumours. Over the years, what began as co-star chemistry evolved into one of Hollywood’s most beloved and carefully guarded relationships. Public appearances have been rare, interviews measured, and confirmations minimal.

Which is exactly why the idea of a secret wedding feels plausible.

Until either Zendaya or Tom Holland confirms the news themselves, the marriage remains in the realm of “allegedly.” But between the engagement clues, the corrected “fiancée,” the gold band, and Law Roach’s pointed red carpet comment, the signs are certainly stacking up.
