With the Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja wedding happening tomorrow, all our eyes are fixed on the guest list. Names are cropping up everyday about the celebs set to attend the wedding, with Bollywood royalty like Kareena Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar and many others all set to party it up and celebrate. However, there is one big name that is going to go missing at the wedding functions and that's Priyanka Chopra's. 

Before you run off to google 'Priyanka Chopra and Sonam Kapoor fight' just yet, hold your horses while we explain. The lady has a reason for not attending the wedding (even though we can't ever imagine saying no to that) and it's a pretty BIG one if we might add. 

This image ring a bell? That's right! Priyanka will be missing from the wedding because she is busy walking the red carpet for the Met Gala in New York on the same day. If there ever was a party worth missing the party of the year for, it had got to be this.

Unless you live under a pretty huge rock, The Met Gala, which happens in New York each year, and is referred to as "fashion’s biggest night out", is a pinnacle of style. A fundraising benefit for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the event welcomes celebrity stars, young creatives, and industry people alike.This year's gala also signifies the highly anticipated grand opening of the Costume Institute’s annual fashion exhibition: 'Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination' opening on May 10, 2018, which is also this year's theme for the event.
