Priyanka Chopra Is Wearing a Gown Personally Designed By THIS International Designer

Believe it or not, Priyanka Chopra's wedding celebrations are all set to kick off today with her Sangeet and Mehendi Ceremony, and excitement levels are at an all time high! Ever since the actor got engaged to singer Nick Jonas, people all over the world have been waiting for this day. 

The couple is all set to get married in two ceremonies, a Hindu one and a Christian one that is said to be officiated by none other than Nick's dad, on December 1 and 2 as per reports. Due to a non-disclosure agreement by the couple, no pictures are coming through and phones are not even allowed on the premises. But that does not keep us from finding out all the deets, does it?

From what we know, Nick Jonas is said to be arriving at the venue in a horse-driven carriage. For the Hindu wedding, Priyanka will wear an Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla outfit and Nick is wearing traditional Indian clothing. But what is actually special is Priyanka's wedding gown for the Christian ceremony, and there is a lovely story behind it.

According to an international publication, Priyanka's gown is being designed by none other than Ralph Lauren. The designer is not very famous for his wedding gowns because he has only designed three in his life - for his daughter, daughter-in-law, and niece. Here is a  picture of his earlier work.
