Presenting all its patrons with a holistic experience, the wholesome menu has been thoughtfully curated by Head Chef Akshay Bhardwaj, who has added his signature touch to every facet of the dining experience.

Transforming produce such as local red pumpkin, button mushrooms, saffron, raw mango, jackfruit, bok choy, Norwegian salmon, capellini, lotus flour, Himalayan trout, arugula, and watermill-pressed amaranth flour into memorable, melt-in-your-mouth dishes, AnnaMaya takes your fine-dine experience up a notch by going the extra mile.

If you’re a sucker for starting your meal with piping hot soup, look no furtherAnnaMaya’s new menu offers a scrumptious selection of Roasted Pumpkin soup, prepared with local red pumpkin, thyme, and cream, Truffle Mushroom soup, prepared with button mushrooms, truffle oil, and cream, as well as favourites including Sweet Corn soup and Tom Yum.

From Capellini Arrabiata with Burrata to Prawn Black Wheat Fusilli with Romano Tomatoes, Grilled Lamb Chops, Grilled Salmon, and Garlic Butter Prawns, there are a plethora of European-inspired options for all the gastronomes out there.
