From carrying around nearly 30 extra pounds for months to withstanding labor day pains that no one can truly prepare you for, giving birth can feel like a superhuman feat. And while you (obviously!) love your baby (or babies) more than anything else except coffee (kidding — kind of), building your body confidence back up isn't always easy. Not only do post-baby bodies bear the reminders of how far you stretched to fit that eight-pound wonder, but breastfeeding and simply walking again if you had a C-section can be incredibly tough.

Besides dying to just feel like yourself again, you might be stressing about your husband's attraction to you. It's true that certain things will never be the same again — like the density of your breasts, or the flatness of your lower abs — but do men actually care?
