Fried Masala Idili
Utilize the lefitover steamed Idlis from your breakfast to create a scrumptious evening snack. Sautee few chopped onions and tomatoes, add Idlis and some masala to give it a spicy touch. Enjoy the healthy snack with your evening tea/ coffee.
Transform your chapatis into a spicy and tangy snack, cut them into long stripes, toss them with crunchy vegetables and spice powders.
Got leftover pasta? Stir in some carrot, spinach, cucumber, cheese and dressing, sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes, pop in the fridge and you have a healthy pasta salad for lunch the next day!
Cheesy Rice Balls
Couldn't finish the rice last night? Utilize them to make crunchy and tasty cheese balls. Mash the rice with boiled potatoes add some vegetables, add masala and mix them well. Now fill them with mozzarella cheese, dip them in corn flour batter, coat them with crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs and fry them in oil. Serve hot with ketchup or your preferred dip.
