Easy breezy mocktails you need to try out this summer

Summer’s calling, and your usual iced coffee just isn’t going to cut it. Enter: mocktails that are equal parts refreshing, aesthetic, and ridiculously easy to whip up. Think juicy fruits, zesty citrus, and a hint of mint—all coming together in drinks that feel a little fancy without requiring a bar cart. Whether you’re hosting, hydrating, or just romanticising your afternoons, these breezy sips are here to keep things cool (and slightly elevated) all season long.

Blue crush

The only blue you need this summer is the one in your hand. For an extra punch, rim the glass with colourful ground candy and throw in some ice cubes. In a separate mixer, pour in blue curaçao syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and coconut water. Carefully add coconut milk to build the consistency of the drink. Stir well, pour the mixture into a goblet, and sip away!

Watermelon on the rocks

Start by blending watermelon and mint leaves together. Add lime juice and salt to the mix, then pour it into a glass rimmed with lime zest and salt over ice cubes. Top it up with sparkling water or soda for that crisp, cooling kick.

Citrus and rose roulette

Rim the glass with moist rose petals and coconut sugar, and add a few ice cubes. Begin preparing the concoction by pouring lime juice and pineapple juice over the ice. Now, place some edible rose petals and stir in coconut milk to get the desired consistency. Dust coconut sugar over the blend to make it look all pretty. Cheers!

Kiwi kick

Rim the glass with Tajín and sprinkle some in as well. Combine mint leaves and some kiwi together, then add lime juice and a pinch of salt to the concoction. Top the mixture with chilled soda and savour the subtle notes that pop up with every sip.

Mango, off-script

Prepare a tall glass by rubbing lime till the stem, then brush across a mixture of salt and mint leaves. Blend the mangoes and pour the liquid in. Add a dash of cherry juice, lime juice, finely cut mint leaves, and carefully stir in coconut milk to create the perfect consistency. Top up with chilled soda and relish!
