Elie Saab brings couture-inspired luxury residences to India

Luxury living in India is entering its couture era and Elie Saab is taking the lead. A night that marked the beginning of a prestigious collaboration that seamlessly blends high fashion with high living, M3M India and Smartworld Developers have partnered with global fashion and lifestyle brand Elie Saab to introduce Signature Residences by Elie Saab in Gurugram and Noida. Announced in January 2026, this marks Elie Saab's first branded residential developments in India, signalling a new chapter for the country’s evolving luxury real estate. 

Envisioned as separate destinations, united by a singular design philosophy, the Signature Residences by Elie Saab nestled at the intersection of two of the National Capital Region’s top-tier, high-growth hubs in Gurugram, Sector 111, SCDA (Smart City Delhi Airport) and Noida, Sector 98. This translates the brand’s design philosophy into refined residential experiences, where architecture, interiors, and lifestyle converge to create a contemporary expression of elevated living.

Situated within the Billionaire’s Block, the Elie Saab residencies in Gurugram will host a selection of globally renowned branded residences and will comprise 300 exclusive residences, comprising four-bedroom residences with expansive layouts ranging from 4,200 sq ft to 4,650 sq ft. The four-bedroom residences are conceived to maximise light, space, and comfort, featuring waterfront views, generous floor-to-ceiling heights, wrap-around decks, and private Jacuzzis integrated within outdoor living spaces. Spanning 170 acres, this exclusive neighbourhood is designed to offer a rare combination of privacy, distinction, and global luxury pedigree.

The Noida development features pristine outlooks of the golf course views alongside strong connectivity to South Delhi, Central Noida, and key commercial hubs across the NCR. The location offers seamless access to Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, and the upcoming Jewar International Airport, while remaining in close proximity to major business districts, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and lifestyle destinations.

Spread across 6 acres, the development will comprise 200 three and four-bedroom residences ranging from 2,850 sq ft to 3,810 sq ft and 480 one to two-bedroom apartments, designed to offer enhanced privacy, and a refined sense of living.

Interiors and shared spaces feature bespoke furniture and décor pieces from the Elie Saab Maison collection, designed in creative collaboration between Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo, developed under license by Corporate Brand – A++ Group, and crafted in Italy, ensuring exceptional quality and timeless elegance. 

Both developments will be shaped around a well-edited set of lifestyle comforts, including concierge services, wellness and spa facilities, swimming pools, fitness centres, residents’ lounges, and dedicated children’s play areas. Scheduled for completion in 2030, the residences are designed to enhance comfort, well-being, and a sense of community.
