Been wishing for a place in Delhi where you could smash out a sweaty HIIT session, have a nice little spa bath, take a dunk in a cold plunge pool, and still walk out with a fresh blowout? Well, you’re in luck because Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has read your mind. The luxury hotel has recently introduced its exclusive new Wellness Club, a sprawling 27,000-square-foot sanctuary, which offers over 4,000 square feet of world-class fitness space, advanced recovery therapies, a 100-foot outdoor lap pool, salon, spa, retail store, and a calming hydrothermal zone featuring a cold plunge, Himalayan salt sauna, whirlpool, and steam.
Tucked amidst the lush, tree-lined boulevards of Lutyens’ Delhi, the club isn’t your regular hotel add-on; it’s a lifestyle hub for everyone who takes their workouts as seriously as their weekend cocktails (balance is key, Gwyneth Paltrow would agree). With air purification systems ensuring AQI-controlled interiors and a 100 per cent plastic-free ethos, the Wellness Club is all about conscious luxury paired with modern wellness.

Inside, the gym feels like a playground for grown-ups, with over 4,000 square feet of space with round-the-clock access, guided workouts, personal training, and nutritional counselling for all age groups. There’s a dedicated Mobility Zone, which combines Technogym Visio with Pilates Reformers and guided classes.

The spa is where indulgence takes over, with seven spacious suites featuring heated beds, steam showers, and bathtubs with custom-crafted amenities. However, the real scene-stealer is the Recovery Zone. Designed to restore and rejuvenate, guests can experience the Hypervolt Pro 2 for deep muscle relief, the Normatec 3 with dynamic air compression for enhanced warm-up recovery, and red-light therapy panels that promote healing, pain relief, improved sleep, and beauty benefits through collagen boosts.

Of course, no transformation is complete without a glow-up. The unisex salon is as luxe as it gets, offering Yume Oasis head baths, pedicures that involve an actual Jacuzzi chair (yes, it’s as extra as it sounds), among various other things. And then there’s the pool, and a Hydrothermal Zone for deep rejuvenation.

Designed by Dubai-based Stickman Tribe, the space is full of natural hues and hand-painted art. So, whether you’re a biohacker chasing collagen boosts or someone simply in need of a really good massage, Shangri-La’s new Wellness Club is the place to be.
