What if we told you, giving a gourmet twist to your pantry pasta wasn’t as difficult as you thought? Yes, with a little help from chef Juliano Rodrigues of Out Of The Blue, you can make a delicious bowl of goodness with the humble ingredients at home. So, don the chef’s hat, forget the rich sauces and complex seasonings, get ready to rustle up pasta as good as the one you eat at your favourite restaurant.
Ingredients:
120g Cooked penne
1/2 cup Cooking cream
1tbsp Chopped coriander
1tsp Chopped green chillies
60g Diced mixed peppers
30g Deseeded and diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Olive oil
Method:
1) In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté green chillies. Add diced pepper followed by diced tomato.
2) Add blanched pasta to the prepared mixture, followed by cooking cream and parmesan cheese.
3) Finally add chopped coriander and make sure you don't overcook.
4) Serve hot along with Garlic Bread.
Ingredients:
200g Spaghetti pasta
150ml Tomato sauce
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt to Taste
Water as required
3 Basil leaves
Method:
1) In a pot, add all the ingredients except parmesan cheese.
2) Cook for 15-20 min till sauce is absorbed.
3) Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve hot.
