The Skincare Hack Celebrities Swear By to De-Puff Their Face Fast

I don't know about you, but my face seems to have the same DNA as a pufferfish (minus the spiky bits).

If I haven't had enough sleep, my under eyes have more puff in them than my lungs and don't even get me started on my cheekbones... or complete lack of them.

You know who isn't puffy though? Celebrities (minus Sean Combs). Despite their constant travelling, jam-packed schedules and all-night partying, they never show signs of the dreaded puff, but how?

Well, thanks to renowned skincare expert, Kate Somerville, whose client list reads like an Oscars after-party, we now know their tricks.

"I know these are really basic things, but ice to me is the biggest healer," Kate explained. "So, heat, water, steam to lift, plump, get back hydration, but then if you're puffy - ice".

"What ice does, is it constricts the vascular system, so you're really able to pump those lymph nodes out and really tighten the skin.

"So when I have a client travelling and they have a big event, I have them first go into a steam room, or take a hot shower after they get off the plane." Seems perfectly reasonable so far...

Jessica Alba is just one of Kate’s clients

"Then I'll have them take an ice bucket with cold spoons and I'll make them apply their moisturiser and their eye cream with the cold, icy spoons.

"It just literally lifts the skin and I know it's really basic, but I'm telling you it's like the best face lift ever."

The best face lift ever and it involves something that we already own? Sign us up Kate, sign us up.
