OMG! Ranbir Kapoor Says He's Gonna Get Married Soon!

Ranbir Kapoor's GQ interview where he admitted to dating Alia Bhatt has really made fans curious about how their relationship is moving forward.

Talking to GQ about this relationship, Ranbir said,“It’s really new right now, and I don’t want to over speak. It needs time to breathe and it needs space. As an actor, as a person, Alia is – what’s the right word? – flowing right now. When I see her work, when I see her act, even in life, what she gives is something that I’m aspiring to for myself. It’s new for us, so let it cook a bit.”

“It always comes with a lot of excitement. It’s a new person, it comes with new beats. Old tricks become new tricks again – you know, being charming and romantic, all of that. I think I’m more balanced today. I value relationships more. I can appreciate hurt and what it does to a person much more than I could a couple years back,” he added. 

This interview was later compared to Alia's throwback interview where she spoke about live-in relationships and more to speculate if the couple could move in or get married.

In that #TB interview with Hindustan Times, Alia said, "I’ve not set any deadline (for marriage), because it doesn’t really matter. I may be like, ‘Listen, I love you, so let’s get married and live together but I will still work.’ So, I may get married just to live with that person. It’s also because I don’t want to be in a live-in relationship. I don’t want to live with someone until I get married. So, it(marriage) may happen for that reason. Right now, I am not thinking about getting married. But honestly, I am not someone who thinks about these things. I just go ahead and do them. It could be a very random thing since I consider myself a random person. So, I may make these decisions also at random. I am not someone who plans out my life thinking, ‘Well, that’s how it should be done.’ I feel the best things in life should happen when they are least expected. Maybe, people expect me to get married at 30, but I might surprise myself as well and get married before that.” Which was basically making it clear that she has a certain approach towards relationships where she would rather get married to a guy before she starts living with him. 

And all of the above have seem to have resulted in what we're just about to tell you. 

Ranbir Kapoor did a Twitter take-over for Fox Star Hindi where a fan asked him when he's planning to get married and being absolutely straight-forward about it, he tweeted back saying, "Soon hopefully! :)".
