All You Need to Know About Janhvi Kapoor's New 39 Crore House in Mumbai

It seems like the actor rung in the new year with a brand new home! 

Located in the star-studded Juhu Vile Parle Scheme, Mumbai, the 39 crore triplex house is spread across 4,144 sq ft, on the 14th,15th and 16th floors of the building. This makes the 23 year-old celebrity neighbours with the who's who of B-town, not to mention personalities including Ajay Devgan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Anil Kapoor. On a side note, the actor will also have access to a six car park in the building.

Up until now, Janhvi has been living with her father Boney Kapoor and younger sister Khushi Kapoor, in her plush Lokhandwala home.
