Priyanka Chopra Becomes the Most Followed Asian Actor on Instagram

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is on a roll and how! Just days after clinching the 27th spot on the recently released Instagram Rich List of 2021, the first Indian actor to feature in the list, she has now added another feather to her cap. She has become the most followed Asian actor on Instagram with around 65.3 million followers. 

She is closely followed by Sharddha Kapoor with 63.6 million, Deepika with 57.5 and Alia with 53.9 million followers. The ladies are followed by Akshay Kumar at 51 million followers. However, Virat Kohli is far ahead of all with 133 million Instagram followers.  

Priyanka who’s memoir Unfinished was widely acclaimed is busy with several interesting projects. She will be seen next in the romantic drama Text for You opposite Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. She has also started a project with Mindy Kaling that focuses on an Indian-American wedding. The actress will also be seen in the action film Cowboy Ninja Viking opposite Chris Pratt and in Keanu Reeves' Matrix 4.
