Khloé Kardashian: Sometimes Social Media Makes Me Feel Super Anxious

Khloé has been in front of the camera for many years but, she still feels anxious about being on social media. Recently, she opened up about how her relationship with social media affects her mental well-being. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians actor shared pictures showing off her natural hair texture. Seen in activewear, Khloé wrote, "I rarely wear my natural hair texture. Felt kinda cute with it (please don’t ruin the feeling) ?"

Stating how she didn't want to receive scathing comments on her post, she also uploaded the same set of pictures on Twitter. Also sharing how she had succumbed to straightening her hair for years. She has only now started enjoying and appreciating her natural curls. Replying to her tweet, one of the fans wrote, "I know khlo probably had doubts before posting those pics (for whatever reason) but there’s been so much positive feedback and I hope she’s taking it all in! let the good outweigh the bad, always. but I’ll still beat anybody ass who got something to say."

Applauded for being her true self on social media, the Good American actor wrote, "There’s nothing wrong with taking a step back sometimes. I hope you know how much I adore you and all of my Khlovers!" She also added how it is her fans that make her happy and that she's grateful for all the support she's received.

Pointing out that she has been regularly disengaging from social media, she wrote, "I’ve been taking a step back from social media a little bit because I feel like no matter what I do it’s always so overanalyzed. sometimes when I feel really good, people like to point out that they feel the complete opposite about me."

She also shared why social media makes her anxious and how it results in her spending a lot of time overthinking every little thing. "Some people do it in a cruel way. In my world, with my loved ones, I feel uplifted, respected and confident. Sometimes social media makes me feel super anxious and I overthink everything" she tweeted.
