
Last night, the Fashion Awards returned to the Royal Albert Hall, London, following its digital-only iteration in 2020. Hosted by Billy Porter and presented in partnership with TikTok, the event brought together the biggest names in the glamour industry to celebrate a night of fun and fashion. A respectful tribute was paid to the late Virgil Abloh, Louis Vuitton designer and CEO, Off-White, and master couturiers including Tommy Hilfiger and Alessandro Michele were honoured for their contributions to the industry as well.
The biggest fashion moments from the past year or so—amid the ongoing pandemic—were acknowledged and applauded, and surprise performances from Kylie Minogue and Charli XCX set the mood. But, most importantly, the red carpet was set on FIRE as musicians, actors, designers, and supermodels put their best fashion foot forward, sporting exaggerated sleeves, bold ball gowns, and striking prints.
