A couple of days ago, Kim Kardashian was unveiled with a shocking buzz cut, the androgynous style a far cry from her usual type of glamour. Why the stark departure from her usual vibe? Well, because she was the first celebrity to be revealed as part of the CR Fashion Book's 10th birthday celebrations and their debut cover star.
The Muses Issue, CR Fashion Book's latest drop, will feature 11 celebrities who embody natural style and cultural currency. Alongside Kim, a pregnant Lara Stone and topless Post Malone have been named Muse Issue cover stars. Today, a new Muse dropped and it's someone we've had a crush on for decades. Obvi, it's Jennifer Aniston. The two pictures released so far, portray Jen in black and white, her outfits a mix of monochromatic colours and contrasting textures. The first shows her in a criss-cross black leather bra, layered over a classic white tank top, with wind-tousled hair. Dark kohl rims her eyes and eyelashes.
In the second, she stands with her arms held open, the actor and entrepreneur (she founded the haircare brand LolaVie, dontcha know), wears a deconstructed suit. The white shirt is cropped and left open to show a slim black tie and soft bra. Her trousers are simple well-tailored black pants. Ofc, she looks absolutely stunning. "#JenniferAniston’s modern-day goddess status isn’t such that it’s not only tethered to her successful body of work but to her presence as a human being–candid, charming, down-to-earth, and a famous friend to many (not to mention a shrewd entrepreneur and investor), she’s a bonafide role model across generations," the Instagram caption reads announcing Jen An's cover star arrival.
First released in 2012 by Carine Roitfeld, the CR Fashion Book has become synonymous with A+ list stars and creative, ingenious styling. All that's left to do now is wait to see who's next.
