It's Valentine’s Day, and whether or not you have someone to celebrate with, treating yourself to a decadent dessert is a must! After all, there's no greater joy than eating (or sharing) a delicious, sweet treat. We’ve curated a list of spots across the city, from iconic French patisseries to cloud kitchens, dishing out special desserts just for the occasion. So go ahead and spoil yourself (and your loved ones) silly this V-Day.

Maska Bakery

This cloud bakery, opened by ex-Bombay Canteen pastry chef Heena Punwani, has already captured the hearts of the city’s dessert lovers. And its small but delectable V-Day special menu is sure to leave you drooling. Pick from delights like a mini strawberry pie, milk chocolate-dipped mawa madeleines, rose cookies dusted with rose petals, and—our favourite of the lot—a choco-pie cake, perfect for sharing with your Valentine.

Nothing conveys love much like a heart-shaped macaron! Celebrating the season of love, Le15 Patisserie dished out their special Valentine’s Day menu featuring best-sellers like their macarons, a new strawberry vanilla cupcake, and much more!

Bombay Sweet Shop

There’s something about a decadent bite of fudge that you just can't ignore. Especially when it comes in the form of a heart-shaped brownie filled with Lotus Biscoff fudge. And if you or your boo love strawberries, then their strawberry ghevar is sure to hit the spot!

Coppetto Artisan Gelato

Creamy dreamy gelato for a cute V-Day ice cream date with your partner? Yes, please! Coppetto Artisan Gelato’s refreshing raspberry sorbet paired with an indulgent strawberry cheesecake flavour is the ultimate treat.

Indian Accent

The award-winning restaurant has a special Valentine’s Day tasting menu called Celebrate Love,
which features delectable appetisers and mains along with two delicious desserts. Fans of the traditional Indian mithai will love the malai pista with butter biscuit, while the fresh berries cheesecake with dark chocolate is a classic indulgence.

The Pink Rosette

The Pink Rosette has curated a fine selection of Valentine’s Day desserts to surprise your partner with. They have a pastel pink cookie cream tart shaped like a cute heart, while their bento cakes are a fun way to express your love with adorable messages.

Masa Bakery

The bakery has two limited-edition desserts reserved for the season of love. Their Raspberry Lover features a soft vanilla sponge layered with chocolate mousse and raspberry geleé, coated with milk chocolate and almonds. The second, called Strawberry Lover, has a buttery cocoa sable layered with a soft sponge, sweet strawberry compote, mascarpone namelaka, and a creamy strawberry mousse. Adding to the sweet feast, the bakery also collaborated with Vanilla Miel—a pâtisserie and chocolaterie in Mumbai—for a special V-Day edit comprising two tart tropiziennes made with Masa’s croissant dough instead of the usual brioche.

The Notting Hill Bakery

The Colaba-based cloud bakery, known for its fluffy brioche doughnuts and layered cakes, introduced a one-day-only menu for Valentine's Day. Two of the must-try desserts include the red strawberry choux buns and the strawberry pastéis de nata.

House of Amel is known to serve some of the best croissants in the city, which they've (unsurprisingly) added to their Valentine’s Day menu too! Choose from three delicious boxes, a Berry Love box, which includes two mini croissants—strawberry cream and a chocolate strawberry croissant, the Red Velvet box, which contains chocolate strawberry & rose pistachio entremets, and the Naughty and Nice box, which has a tiramisu and peri peri croissant swirls.

Ladurée

The iconic French patisserie, known for its pastel macarons, has two special treats for Valentine’s Day. The first is a pink heart-shaped Ispahan, which is a rose-flavoured macaron filled with lychee and raspberry cream, and topped with fresh raspberries and rose petals. The other is a Marie Antoinette Plaisir Sucre pastry, which is decorated with white marzipan and sugar petals, and has layers of hazelnut dacquoise, milk chocolate ganache, (more!) milk chocolate.

Cou Cou by Oberoi

The patisserie by Oberoi has plenty of options to surprise your boo with on Valentine's Day, especially if they love all things sweet! Be it the red velvet cake, the open berry tart, heart-shaped sugar cookies, cupcakes, or the red macarons, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Magnolia Bakery

The NYC bakery, famous for its cloud-like cupcakes and creamy puddings, has a special V-Day dessert that you do not want to miss! It's their mini chocolate-covered brownies, topped with strawberry meringue buttercream, and decorated with colourful heart sprinkles.

St. Regis

Treat your boo (or yourself!) with Marriot's exceptional V-Day dessert menu, available via the Mariott Bonvoy on Wheels app. The menu includes a mix of tempting desserts to choose from including the love and confession cake, the midnight extra vegan cake, and the mouthwatering chocolate bars, all of which are best enjoyed in bed with your favourite movie or series!
