The Cosmopolitan x Hilton Editor’s Brunch was an afternoon replete with art, food, music, and more

Speak of impeccable hospitality and Hilton’s brand new property, nestled in Baani City Centre, Gurugram, tops the list. So when it came down to picking a super special spot for the Cosmo Editor’s Brunch, we didn’t think twice.

Last Saturday, the crème de la crème of the capital arrived at Delhi-NCR’s newest getaway for an afternoon of good food, great music, and even better company. And mind you, it was no run-of-the-mill get together; rather a fun-filled affair that lent the opportunity to unwind. How so, you ask? With the many activities on offer!

The power of creativity

If you’re looking to indulge in art, dance, music and more, Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre is the place to be. As our guests entered the bar, Tayles, they were welcomed by Cosmo Editor Pratishtha Dobhal and guided towards the many engagement spots.

On one end sat a caricature artist, while on the other, you delved into your creative manifestations with fluid art—which guests got to take home as a keepsake. The mood was set with peppy live music, delectable bites, and creatively crafted cocktails.

Something sweet, something savoury

When it comes to social gatherings, food often takes centre stage…and such was the case at the Cosmo Editor’s Brunch. The elaborate menu exclusively curated for the afternoon didn’t disappoint, with a cheese and charcuterie grazing table stealing the spotlight.

From a wood-fired pizza station to scrumptious, steamed dumplings, our guests were spoilt for choice. And while the yasai tempura maki and cream cheese ‘n’ rucola roll were an absolute hit, it was the dessert swing board that caught everybody’s attention. The lemon orange tart, ruby chocolate gateaux, and peanut caramel were a few favourites!

In high spirits

Flavourful food was adequately complemented with expertly crafted cocktails and mocktails. The signature drink? A Cosmopolitan, of course. As for teetotallers, there was a wide variety of milk and fruit-based beverages to choose from.

’Twas an afternoon of crisp brews, candid clicks, and great conversations! From India’s top-notch content creators to young entrepreneurs and fashion designers, people from all walks of life were in attendance to experience the state-of-the-art Hilton property. The hotel also recently launched Brunch Tayles, an extravagant Sunday brunch best spent with your family; think art classes, salsa nights, book talks, and lots more!
