The 33-year-old model has blessed many high-fashion runways, and walked several times for Victoria's Secret. Not to forget, she's also graced thousands of magazine covers and is a fan favourite when it comes to healthy eating.

Here's a breakdown of what she probably eats on a daily basis, for all of you who are struggling to shed the extra kilos.

And by the way, she doesn't believe in ridding herself of all the fried foods or sweets that she loves. Her motto? "If you're in a moment or in a great place where certain foods are made with love, even if it's fried, you should have it!"

Breakfast

In a hurry to get to work, morning meals are the easiest to slack off. But Karolina gives her mornings an extra energy boost with a creative and filling breakfast. She works with a basic ingredient and goes wild with nutritious toppings. For example, she fills her Greek yogurt with seeds, berries, and cacao nibs; and her eggs with any leftover or chopped up veggies in the fridge.

Snack

One of the most trending 'meals' on Instagram, and probably the easiest–a smoothie, especially a green one. Karolina knocks one of them during the day for added energy. Her favourite mix? A blend of strawberries, blueberries, bananas, almond butter, coconut milk and chocolate coconut protein. She mixes up her ingredients every time, experimenting with avacados, cod liver oil, seeds and bananas.

Lunch/ Dinner

Her go-to meals contain tonnes of protein and vegetables, a very balanced mix indeed (in case you were thinking of chicken and veg for every meal). For lunch she'll have grilled salmon and asparagus, with a side of rice or salad. Dinner is usually some sort of stew with vegetables or leek and potato soup. Sounds delicious to be fair.

Dessert
