Model Lily Aldridge Is Working Out Twice a Day Now to Prep for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

The Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra is exactly what it claims to be: a fantasy of diamonds, sapphires, and other precious gems designed by the jeweler Mouawad and worth $2 million. Not exactly the kind of bra you wear four days in a row and never remember to clean.

This year's bejeweled lingerie, called the 2015 Fireworks Fantasy Bra, will be worn by model Lily Aldridge, a Fantasy Bra first-timer. Lily previewed the bra today at Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California, and told Cosmopolitan.com about how she's been preparing for the show.

What's your diet like right now? Eating healthy. Lots of roast chicken and vegetables, eating clean. I mostly cook my own food so I know everything that's going into it. And I do a lot of Ballet Beautiful. I usually do two workouts a day leading up to the show.

You do an hour in the morning? And then do another half hour in the afternoon? I do an hour in the morning, and thirty minutes in the afternoon. Or, I'll switch it around. I'll do 30 minutes of cardio, and then do [Ballet Beautiful] for an hour.

Do you like it? I love it. I love working out, and I love when I have the time and I can really focus on it. It feels good. You have a goal and you accomplish it.

Do you have number goals, like a certain weight or size? No. It's just more about just feeling good in your body and feeling confident. Every body is different. Every girl feels differently, whatever makes you feel good. I just try to do what's good for me.

You were saying the bra is cast to you? Yeah, it's cast to you. So the day they told me, they whisked me to a room. There were people doing the cast on me, and then they built a bra around the cast.

So that was all one day? From when you found out straight to body cast? Yeah. It was in July. It was amazing. I was at a photo shoot. They pretended I was doing a package for the fashion show. I thought I was doing interviews for the fashion show and they like took me to this room and told me and cast me right away. I was totally surprised. I thought I was there to surprise Candice!

What's the most surprising thing about wearing the Fantasy Bra? It's just surreal. It's molded to me. I feel like $2 million!

Is it cold? Yeah, it's a little cold.

Will you be wearing padding with the bra? No.

How much does your everyday routine change when you're preparing for the show? Not that much. I work out year round anyway because I work for Victoria's Secret. And I'm an active person anyway so I enjoy it.

Do you do a special workout for the bra that might be different from the show in general? No. No. [Laughing] I wish there was some sort of workout.
