This Woman is Called Russia's Muscle Barbie!

Meet 19-year-old Julia Vins, a powerlifter from Russia, who's oft referred to as 'Muscle Barbie'. Why? Because she has a 'doll' face, contrasted with a fabulously fit body. Plus, she's strong, and can deadlift 181 kilos approx—that's the average weight of a male lion!

Julia developed an interest in body building when she was just 15 and began weight training with her coach for 3-5 hours a day, four times a week. In under 4 years, she won the World Powerlifting Championships in Moscow, and now holds three powerlifting world records.

With biceps measuring 15 inches, and chest 39 inch, this Russian beauty is taking the Internet by storm, and did we mention she over 1.7 lakh followers on Instagram! 

Julia says there's no limit to how muscly she would like to become—and is pleased with her nickname. In an interview with dailymail.com, she said, 'People know me as 'Muscle Barbie'—I like this comparison. It's nice. I have these big, beautiful eyes and wear make-up. But at the same time, I'm strong."​
