Snapchat's New Feature is EXACTLY What We've Been Waiting For

Sneaky. We like it.

Snapchat Has a New Feature and It's Everything

What's the one thing that Snapchat could do to make the app even better (aside from a total ban on penis pictures, because URGH)? Pretty much let us watch snaps more than once without notifying the sender, amiright?

Well MERRY CHRISTMAS Snapchat users; your wish just came true. Kind of. The newest update won't technically let you replay a snap, but it will allow you to rewind and watch again and again, which is pretty much the same thing.

The new feature will allow you to tap the left side of a story, which lets you choose "next snap" or "go back".The idea may have come from Instagram, which already has the feature on their 'stories', but considering the uproar from users when they felt that Insta copied Snapchat with the introduction of stories, it kind of feels like they're allowed to take some inspiration.

We like it, simply for the fact that you can now skip back if you tap too quickly, or look at hot men as many times as you like. DREAMY.

In addition to the replay, the update will also feature "world filters", which means you can use the famous (think: rainbow vom) filters while using the rear facing camera, not just the selfie one.

Er, the one downside? Those flattering snaps are far more likely to be seen for longer than 10 seconds now…
