10 Things to Know About Your Taurus Partner

​If your bae was born between April 20 and May 20, they're a Taurus, and it's not at all hard to fall head over heels for the sensual earth sign. Here are 10 things that make dating a Taurus particularly ~delightful~, no matter what sign you are.

1. They're grounded. If you want someone who's pretty much unfailingly down-to-earth, practical, and reliable, you want a Taurus.

2. They're sensual AF. Your Taurus is all about the foreplay ​and​ the postcoital spooning. They'll kiss your neck and surprise you with a sentimental gift. But since they're kinda wired to be traditional and often fine just sticking to a tried-and-true routine, they may run the risk of falling into sex ruts. You may have to be cool with nudging them to shake things up from time to time. 

3. They have an appreciation for art. ​Taurus is ruled by Venus, the planet of not just romance but creativity, so someone born under this sign has an appreciation for all the beautiful things — art, music, dance, etc. Oh, and don't be surprised if they're surprisingly psyched about something like watching HGTV or going to the natural history museum.

4. They're homebodies. ​Of course they'd adore dining out at a fancy restaurant with you (that whole sensual thing goes hand-in-hand with sumptuous food, after all), but their favorite place, hands down, is home​. They're all about the pillows and candles and lounge-y spaces that make their space feel tranquil, serene, and cozy. They pretty much invented Netflix and chill.

They feel more balanced when they spend time out in nature. ​For some, it's only for a little bit (before heading back to the couch, see no. 4), maybe just to walk the dog or grab lunch from that taco truck near the park. Others may like to plan outdoor activities (like a round of golf or a hike) to get into their tranquil zone.
