Sure, a midday romp under the blazing sun sounds spicy in theory. But in practice, it’s a sweaty, sticky mess—and not the fun kind. Sunset is your sexy sweet spot. The light’s good, the beach clears out, and everything feels just a little more magical. Nighttime works too—especially if you're into a little moonlit mischief. 

Take the sand into account

Down there, the sand isn’t your friend. Do the smart thing and lay down a towel or blanket. This isn’t just about comfort—you now have a barrier between your private parts and the sand. Plus, it makes your session feel a bit more planned. If possible, bring a change of clothes too. The last thing you want to do (after the fun’s over) is get back into damp, sand-filled clothes.

Positions to try out

Not every move from the bedroom translates to the beach. The key? Keep it low, keep it clever, and keep as much of your body off the ground as possible. Spooning while lying down is a great option. It’s cosy, discreet, and keeps you both mostly sand-free (plus, it’s perfect for talking dirty).
