It's summertime and as the weather turns hot, getting fit becomes the number one goal on everyone's to-do list. With our summer wardrobes leaving us very little room to hide behind (thanks a tonne, crop-top trend!) and approaching vacay plans inspiring us to get bikini-ready, getting into shape seems to be on everyone's mind.
In Bollywood, Pilates and yoga seem to be the favourite way to get into shape, and with good reason. Both Pilates and yoga are a great way to tone up, build lean muscle, improve posture and help maintain a healthy weight. Vigorous forms of yoga such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga (Sara Ali Khan's favourite) are the perfect way to burn calories and sculpt your body into shape. Coupled with some weekly cardio, these workouts are the perfect way to get lean ASAP.
