Kylie Jenner, KUWTK star, founder of Kylie cosmetics and socialite has added yet another feather to her cap. On Wednesday, she became the first woman in the world to reach 300 million Instagram followers. The milestone makes her only the second person, behind soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo (at 388 million) to reach such a high follower count. Instagram's official account is the most-followed on the platform with 460 million.
Previously, Ariana Grande held the top spot as the most-followed woman on Instagram. In Feb. 2019, Grande garnered 146.5 million followers, beating Selena Gomez, who was the most followed woman on the social media platform.
Kylie Jenner, who is expecting her second child with Travis Scott, shares snippets of her day-to-day life including both personal and professional on Instagram. Last week, she posted a photo of her dressed in a cropped shirt and distressed denims, she could be seen flaunting her baby bump. In November, Kylie took a break from social media after 10 people died at Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival show in Houston. She returned to Instagram on December 25 as she posted a throwback picture of her mother Kris Jenner.
